Up for the 250 Challenge?

Sometimes we just need a little motivation and I found some in the admittedly arbitrary number of 250. Out of nowhere, I decided that I wanted to do 250 crunches (sit-ups) each day. Why 250? It is a number big enough to motivate me while not impossible to achieve. It is a big enough number to make a difference physically but not too hazardous.

Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution is doing what I can’t believe we haven’t done ourselves. We have been standing by while our entire country fell for every diet fad and complete nonsense nutrition education. And all the time we continue to get heavier and develop more diseases at earlier and earlier ages. Well it finally looks like we are turning the corner.
